You are invited to participate in a research study on work-home management experiences of married employees in India.  The purpose of this survey is to understand how dual-career couples (couples in which both spouses are employed full-time) manage work and home demands, the kinds of support they receive, and the strategies they use to maintain balance between work and non-work life. Your responses will help generate practical insights that may inform workplace policies and contribute to academic research on work–home dynamics in India

If you choose to participate, this survey takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you may choose to withdraw from the survey at any time without any consequences. Your responses will be anonymous, and no identifying information will be collected or linked to your answers. The results of the study will be reported in aggregate form, ensuring that no individual participant can be identified. 

As a small token of gratitude for your time, you will receive access to a short PDF resource at the end of the survey with information on stress and burnout, along with practical coping tips.
